The contract for the sale of the land of the future theme park Paramount and LifeStyle Center is delayed one month. A series of technical and legal reasons flagship projects outside Murcianos SA (Premursa) has had to be deferred until the March 7 agreement to purchase land in Alhama de Murcia for the construction of the park, which was scheduled for Tuesday at 12:00 hours, as had advanced a few days ago President Premursa, Jesus Samper.
Specifically, Premursa Tuesday signed an affidavit, in agreement with the owners of the land which will house the Paramount Park and Lifestyle Center in Alhama, in which is extended through March 7 the act of execution purchase and sale of the land.
This delay responds to technical and legal reasons emerged as Premursa, “in the process of buying, selling and waiting remedied within the prescribed period.”
Thus, it is expected that in a month to give effect to this transaction and Premursa pay the 15.8 million euros and was granted the deed to the land of Alhama de Murcia
In this regard, Samper has made it clear that this “will not delay the deadlines set for the construction of Paramount Park and Lifestyle Center”.
FIRST STONE IN APRIL OR MAY
As Samper moved to Europa Press, the future park Paramount could see the first stone in place no later than April or May, keeping the opening date of the first half of 2015.
The work for this project to go forward are daily, as evidenced by the fact that it is currently “doing the design and execution of works projects” as well as municipal urban processing.

The Paramount Park and Lifestyle Center, officially launched on 4 October in Madrid, representing a total investment estimated at more than 1,000 million euros and will create an international tourist destination, which is expected to be visited by more than three million visitors a year, national and international.
