Community Fees

Estimado Propietario,

Le informamos que el próximo día 1 de abril de 2012 pasaremos al cobro el recibo correspondiente a la cuota de comunidad del 2º trimestre de 2012.

Le recordamos que el impago de recibo dentro de la fecha establecida, implica la aplicación del 20% de recargo por demora de acuerdo a los Estatutos de su comunidad.

We´d like to remind you that on the next 1st of April of 2012, the 2nd quarter of 2012 community fees payment is due to be paid.

Please, bear in mind that the non-payment of the fees within the established date may cause the 20% penalty charges according to the Estatutes of your community and the agreed debtors protocol.

New trees in the pool areas

 

At the last presidents meeting it was agreed that three new trees should be planted in the garden pool areas to give additional shade during the summer months.  These trees were all planted over the past week, over the next few months the tress should settle in and the foliage grow to  provide the shading required.  There were a few surplus trees, these have been planted in the areas where there is a shortage of planting such as the Villa Jana and in gardens where all the existing trees have died.

Les informamos que la nueva administración de Condado de Alhama (Milenium-Levante) está poniendo al cobro las cuotas de comunidad correspondientes al primer trimestre del 2.010 (enero, febrero y marzo del 2.010).

Cuotas 4º trimestre 2009 / 2009 Q4 Fees

Estimado Propietario Por la presente le informo de que el cobro de las cuotas de la comunidad Condado de Alhama del cuarto y último trimestre del año 2009 se harán efectivas a partir del 21 de Diciembre. Este trimestre corresponde al período Octubre-Diciembre 2009.
